Properlinx is a property operations platform for managing requests, jobs, assignments, inspections, files, schedules, and work hours. The service is intended for business use by organizations and their authorized users.

Information We Collect

  • Account and workspace information, such as your name, email address, role, workspace membership, and authentication status.
  • Operational information entered or managed in Properlinx, including jobs, assignments, properties, units, contacts, requests, notes, schedules, work hours, and related status updates.
  • Files you choose to upload, such as job photos, completion photos, documents, and other attachments.
  • Device and app information needed for security, support, diagnostics, notifications, and app reliability, such as device type, operating system, app version, network status, and push notification tokens.

How We Use Information

  • To provide and secure the Properlinx service, including authentication, workspace access, job assignment, scheduling, file uploads, notifications, and support.
  • To help office staff, managers, and workers coordinate operational work such as maintenance jobs, inspections, deadlines, and hours tracking.
  • To send service-related notifications, such as assignment updates, schedule changes, urgent job updates, and account or security messages.
  • To troubleshoot, monitor, improve, and protect the app and related systems.

Device Permissions

  • Camera and photo library access are used only when you choose to take or upload job-related photos.
  • Document access is used only when you choose to attach a file.
  • Location permission is not requested for the current Android launch.
  • Notifications are used for service-related alerts if you allow them.
  • Biometric authentication is not requested for the current Android launch.
  • Haptic feedback may be used to confirm actions. Haptics do not collect personal data.

How We Share Information

  • Information may be visible to authorized users in your workspace, such as office staff, managers, administrators, and assigned workers, depending on their role and permissions.
  • We use service providers to operate Properlinx, including hosting, database, storage, authentication, app distribution, crash or diagnostic tooling, and push notification delivery.
  • We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues.
  • We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Properlinx worker app data for third-party advertising.

Data Retention And Deletion

  • We retain information for as long as needed to provide Properlinx, support workspace operations, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security records.
  • Some operational records may be controlled by the organization or workspace that uses Properlinx, such as an employer, property manager, or administrator.
  • You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. We may need to verify the request and coordinate with the relevant workspace administrator when the data belongs to a workspace record.

Security

  • We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in Properlinx.
  • No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration.

Children

  • Properlinx is a business operations platform and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

  • We may update this Privacy Policy as Properlinx changes. When we make changes, we will update the date on this page.
